Feed My Sheep is a humble effort to bring pastors and church leaders together to foster friendship, partnership, and mutual encouragement.

The conference is a one-day event centered around faithful teaching related to relevant pastoral subjects. Our desire is to promote a vision for pastoral ministry that has, at its heart, a commitment to biblical shepherding.

Erik Raymond

Erik has been married to his wife Christie for thirty years. She is his best friend and treasured ministry partner. Together they have six children and two grandchildren. As a family they enjoy fitness, tackling a project, and eating ice cream. As a 12th generation Massachusetts native (going back to 1630), Erik feels particularly burdened to see churches planted and strengthened in New England. This is pursued through pastoral training, church planting, and ministry partnerships. He has also written several books, including Chasing Contentment: Trusting God in a Discontented Age, and He Is Not Ashamed: The Staggering Love of Christ for His People. He publishes regular articles on his blog, Ordinary Pastor, hosted by The Gospel Coalition.

bob flack

Bob lives with his wife Lynn in Atchison, Kansas where he has served as a pastor to Christ's people at Riverbend Bible Church for a dozen years. That flock and his fellow elders are his delight. Since 1991, he has engaged in vocational pastoral ministry to local churches in Manhattan, Kansas, Washington, and western New York. He and Lynn have five children and fourteen grandchildren scattered from Alconbury, England to Kansas City (The KC crew belong to Wornall Road Baptist). He loves to walk Atchison's streets and work out at her YMCA. A good book and a strong cup of coffee will keep him content for a good while. He thanks the Lord for "Feed My Sheep" and the growing fellowship among area pastors who love the gospel and the churches it sustains.

geoff chang

Geoff grew up in a Christian home. His parents immigrated from Taiwan to Brazil (where he was born), then to Houston, TX (where he spent most of his years). By God's grace, he was saved during middle school through a church summer camp. He graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a business degree and he worked in consulting for several years. However, during those years, he began to sense a call to ministry and eventually took an internship in his home church, Houston Chinese Church. He then attended Southern Seminary for his M. Div., and then he went to Capitol Hill Baptist Church (Washington, DC), where he served as an intern and then a pastoral assistant. There, he met and married his wife. In 2010, they moved to Portland, OR, where he served as an associate pastor at Hinson Baptist Church for a decade. In 2020, he finished his Ph.D. at Midwestern Seminary in Kansas City and accepted an invitation to serve on the church history faculty at the seminary. He is also the Curator of the Spurgeon Library at MBTS. He is married to Stephanie and they have three kids.
