What We Believe
“But as for you, teach what accords with sound doctrine.”Titus 2:1
Historically Christian, Protestant, Congregationalist, and Baptist.
Christian
We hold the historic Christian faith handed down through the centuries — the full deity and humanity of Christ, the Trinity, and salvation by grace through faith in him alone.
Protestant
We stand in the tradition of the Reformation, affirming Scripture alone, faith alone, grace alone, Christ alone, and the glory of God alone.
Congregationalist
We believe Christ has entrusted final authority in matters of doctrine, membership, and discipline to the local church gathered together under his Word.
Baptist
We baptize by immersion those who have made a credible profession of faith in Christ, and we practice a regenerate church membership.
The convictions that unite our church.
Statement of Faith
Our statement of faith summarizes the biblical truths that unite us as a church. Though faithful Christians may disagree on secondary matters, we are united in the essential truths of the Christian faith.
Church Covenant
Our church covenant is a set of promises that we make to one another as members. If our Statement of Faith is our declaration of what we believe, our Covenant is our commitment to one another about how we will live.
Constitution and By-Laws
Our church operates under a Constitution and By-laws defining our doctrinal foundation, membership commitments, and leadership structure, and the processes by which our congregation makes decisions.
